So Long South Dakota…Hello DC!

I’m leaving the wide open spaces of the northern plains and heading

for the congestion, grid-lock and humidity of Washington, DC.

The DC Project kicks off on Tuesday, July 9^th. For those of you unfamiliar, the DC Project is 50 women, one from each state, who travel to our nation’s capital every year to advocate for the Second Amendment. We are a truly nonpartisan and diverse group, sharing a common goal and passion – the preservation of our right to keep and bear arms, as enshrined in the Second Amendment.

I’ve met some of the most incredible women in this group, all of whom I respect and admire. We come from every walk of life and vastly differing experiences.
