A few years ago, I wrote a blog with a similar title. Some ideas are worth repeating, so here we go! Anyone who knows me, knows that I’m always pursuing a dream or a goal related to the dream. Honestly, I cannot imagine living any other way.
After decades of chasing dreams ranging from success in the showring with an extra special horse, writing thrillers, becoming a proficient shooter, contributing to the preservation of the Second Amendment, learning the fine art of autocross and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I have one message:
Please, my precious friends, pursue your dreams! We each have one life and you owe it to yourself to make it memorable. Life is so much more than 40 hours a week at a job and your favorite sitcoms every night. Find a way to make your special dreams, whatever they may be, a reality.
Oh sure, easy for me to say, right? Well trust me, it won’t be easy, but the journey, figuring it all out and achieving those special dreams, is what keeps life sweet, interesting and worth living.
Life is much to precious to waste on things that won’t matter in the end. So truly, I appeal to each one of you.
